Entropik takes care of the administrative procedures for its clients in order to obtain all the necessary authorisations for legal flights.
Legislation & certification
From January 1st 2023, Swiss drone legislation has adopted the European laws. From 2022 onwards, we guarantee our customers full compliance with the law.
FAQ
In order to operate with heavy drones, we have completed a training course from the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA), which is recognised at European level by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). They know the rights and duties in Switzerland and in border areas.
Drones and pilots are registered with Swiss authorities.
The amount covered by Entropik's liability insurance is over CHF 1 million, as required by law.
We operate with "open" category drones, sub-category A1 (less than 250g [class 0] and less than 900g [class 1]).
The UAS operator ID is visibly affixed to our drones. These comply with the transitional period.
We notify the authorities in advance flights that are subject to authorization.
We systematically declare all our flights on the Swiss U-space application.
